This Privacy Policy describes how our iOS application (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Non-Personal Information: We may collect device information (model, OS version, language settings) and usage data to improve app performance and user experience.
  • Advertising Data: Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers – IDFA) to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent.
  • Purchase Information: When you make an in-app purchase or subscribe, Apple processes your payment. We receive confirmation of purchase and subscription status but no payment card details.
  • Audio Files: The App processes selected audio files locally or via secure AI processing to extract and separate musical instruments. We do not store or share your audio files.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the core functionality of separating instruments from audio files.
  • To improve the App’s performance, features, and user experience.
  • To deliver and manage advertisements (via Google AdMob).
  • To manage subscriptions and restore purchases.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information to identify you:

  • Google AdMob – for advertising.
  • Apple – for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

4. Data Storage & Security

We do not store your audio files or extracted results on our servers. Any temporary processing is deleted immediately after use. All data is handled securely to protect against unauthorized access.

5. Your Privacy Choices

  • You can control ad personalization through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and your device’s privacy settings.
  • You may opt out of personalized ads in Google’s settings: Google Ads Settings.
  • You can delete the App to stop any further data collection.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new “Last updated” date.
