These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our iOS application (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • The App allows you to extract and separate musical instruments from audio files using AI-based processing.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You must not use the App to infringe on copyrights or any intellectual property rights of others.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, features, AI models, logos, and content, are owned by the developer.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App without prior written consent.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

  • The App offers in-app purchases and subscription plans to unlock premium features.
  • All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not store your payment information.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

4. Advertisements

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Ad content and personalization may depend on your privacy settings and consent choices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activities.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect upon posting with a new “Last updated” date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
